Night care

Those first few weeks are intense! Overnight postpartum care means you actually sleep while I handle feeds (or support breastfeeding), diaper changes, and soothing. You wake up rested, recharged, and way more capable of handling whatever the day throws at you.

We're here to help you enjoy your postpartum journey from the start.

From diaper blowouts to mastering the swaddle, I'll walk you through all the newborn basics, so you actually know what you're doing. Real tips, zero "you should know this already" vibes.

newborn care guidance

I'll handle baby laundry, load and unload the dishwasher, and restock your nursing station or diaper caddy, so you wake up to a tidy space instead of more tasks on your to-do list.

light household cleaning

In those early weeks, I help you gently shape your baby's sleep patterns in a way that respects their development and your parenting style. No harsh methods, just responsive strategies that work with your baby's natural rhythms.

Whether you're nursing, pumping, combo-feeding, or exclusively bottle-feeding, I support all of it, judgment-free. I'll help you work through feeding challenges and find a rhythm that actually works for your family and your goals.

Breastfeeding & Bottle Support

We can support you with...

- Kim V.

"Briana was taking care of things on the nights she was over, and we were getting extra rest!"

- Allyson B.

"Briana was a wonderful night doula for our baby. My husband and I were able to get some much needed sleep early on."

- Nina Y.

"Briana was such a god send for our family. Our family is so grateful for Briana’s help during this exhausting phase we’re going through.."

Overnight postpartum care is typically 10pm-6am or 9pm-5am, but we may be able to adjust based on your family's needs.

What are your service hours?

01.

It depends on your needs and budget! Some families book 2-3 nights per week for consistent support, while others prefer 5-7 nights for maximum rest. We'll discuss what makes sense during your consultation.

How many nights per week do you recommend?

02.

Once you've signed the contract and paid the retainer, your dates are reserved. Retainers are non-refundable except for specific circumstances outlined in your contract. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please refer to the cancellation terms we'll discuss before signing.

What's your cancellation policy?

03.

Yes, I typically require a minimum commitment of 3 nights per week for at least 6 weeks to ensure consistency for your family. We'll discuss specifics during our consultation based on the services you're interested in.

Do you require a minimum number of nights?

04.

Ideally, during your second or third trimester, but I sometimes have availability for last-minute bookings. The earlier you reach out, the better chance I can reserve your dates!

When should I book postpartum doula services?

05.

If you need additional nights or sessions, I'm happy to extend your contract based on my availability. However, I don't reduce the total contract hours or number of nights once we've signed the agreement. Just let me know if you'd like to add more support and we'll work it out!

What if I need to extend or reduce hours?
